Heating problems

Hello everyone, My heating system issue a terrible sound. I've attached video. Maybe someone has had the same problem? How to fix it?
A service does not know how to fix it. They replaced fan but it did not help

Some of us had similar problems in winter time last year. It was a fan. Some were replaced, other fixed themselves somehow with Fiat's magic. No complains this year so probably they were aware of issue and fixed something meanwhile (I doubt it).

Loved last 4 seconds of video - hammer will do the job way better. It's a Fiat. Deal with it.

You could buy yourself something normal like Lada Vesta. Sadly they are not available here in Poland :(
